Refund/Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final.
Only unshipped items or incorrect orders are eligible for an original payment method refund. Unless stated otherwise as part of a special sale, new product launch, or pre-sale. All refunds, including partial, are subject to a $15 refund fee.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
All international orders are final. No returns or exchanges for international orders.
Authorized returns will be awarded store credit
Buyer is responsible for return shipping
We cannot refund shipping for multiple orders
Returns must be received 30 calendar days from delivery date to be eligible for a return. No exceptions.
